LLMs4EU Partners Meet at ALT-EDIC Week 2026

22. 6. 2026 / Project announcements Arctur joined LLMs4EU partners at ALT-EDIC Week 2026 to present progress on the Tourism Domain use case.

As part of ALT-EDIC Week 2026, held at the Château de Villers-Cotterêts in France, the LLMs4EU consortium met on 16 June to review project progress, coordinate upcoming activities, and exchange knowledge on the latest developments in multilingual Large Language Models and European AI technologies.

As the leader of the Tourism Domain, Arctur presented the latest progress on HeritAI, an AI-powered Cultural Heritage Assistant being developed within the LLMs4EU project. The solution combines trusted cultural heritage data with multilingual AI to provide visitors with reliable, personalised information about cultural sites, museums, events and local stories, while encouraging the discovery of lesser-known destinations and supporting sustainable tourism.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to gather feedback from project partners, align future development activities, and strengthen collaboration across the consortium.
