Two of our wonderful teammates are stepping into exciting new chapters: one is heading off on long-term travels, and another is preparing for motherhood. That’s why our design team at Arctur is opening its doors to a new colleague who wants to help us craft meaningful visual stories.

What does a Designer do at Arctur?

Since our two colleagues are true multitalented creators who cover several multimedia areas, we are looking for skills in the following domains:

• Web / UI+UX Design: Wireframes, prototypes, designing user experiences.
• Graphic Design: Print materials, digital content, layouts, visual identity.
• Videography: Filming, editing, short storytelling formats, animations.

We are realistic in our expectations and would be thrilled if you combine expertise from two of these areas. What matters most is that you spend your time doing what you do best.

What we expect?

• Experience and independence at a middle level.
• A strong primary domain (design / video / web).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (PS, Illustrator, Premiere) and/or Figma, depending on your focus.
• A collaborative mindset, open communication, and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to find solutions that genuinely address user needs.

Arctur offers

We are searching for either permanent employment or project collaboration (SP). Our work is carried out in a relaxed and creative environment, in modern premises in Nova Gorica or in Ljubljana (office at TP), we also offer the possibility of hybrid work. Trainings (international conferences, fairs, events) are part of our culture and always available, at the same time we socialize just right, preferably on Fridays. We live sustainability and are actively working towards a quality work-life balance.
