SECreTour is bringing its pilot projects to life with a new series of animated videos, now available on its YouTube channel. These short, engaging films highlight how cultural heritage and local communities are working together to shape sustainable, creative tourism in rural and peripheral regions across Europe.

The pilots are real-world projects taking place in different European regions, each serving as a testbed for new approaches to sustainable and creative tourism. They are community-driven initiatives that combine local heritage, culture, and innovation to design tourism models that benefit people and places. Each pilot explores how cultural assets—whether traditions, crafts, landscapes, or monuments—can be reimagined to support environmental responsibility, community empowerment, and regional development.
