The new Orders module allows 4PM users to create orders with just a few clicks. The system allows document preparation in either Slovenian or English, with key information automatically filled in. Organizations can easily add fully customized fields, adjust order texts and legal notes, and independently define the approval workflow. This enables the creation of documents fully compliant with internal procedures, standards, and the organization’s visual identity.

The process remains user-friendly while offering complete flexibility to adapt to each organization’s internal rules and workflows. Once finalized, the order can be printed or saved as a request, ensuring that all related documentation is organized and accessible at any time.

In addition to supporting internal processes, the module also facilitates communication with suppliers — the order can be automatically sent via email directly from the module, along with an auto-generated PDF document and sender’s signature.
