Use Case

Project management is very complex, especially when it comes to projects where it is also necessary to report both the work of employees and the costs incurred. Manual monitoring of those is too time-consuming and can lead to massive reporting errors. With the introduction of 4PM into our work process, we have gained not only tools for managing our projects, but also an overview of the entire organization and we can now generate timesheets in matter of seconds. With the help of 4PM, we can take timely action in case of deviations, as it provides us complete control over the projects and project teams.
