Self-assessment to measure digital readiness of tourism SMEs, developed in seven languages within the Tourbit project (COSME).
Use case
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the tourism industry struggle with digitalisation processes and technologies and miss the chance to increase their competitiveness, efficiency, and sustainability within the tourism environment.
DRI helps them understand where they stand in relation to the use of digital technologies in all aspects of their work (CRM, social media, informatics policy etc.) and supports them with recommendations for trainings and acceleration programmes with experts.
