ARCTUR's role
ARCTUR leads the technical development of the Open E-Learning Platform, designing its data model and tools for rural tourism stakeholders. Using its Tourism Impact Model (TIM), it supports training, testing, and impact assessment, ensuring innovative, data-driven, and scalable solutions that enhance digital skills and sustainability in rural tourism.
