NOPSI
Normative and organisational analysis of open data in Slovenia
NOPSI is a research project involving the University of Ljubljana, the Faculty of Administration, the University of Ljubljana, the Faculty of Law, the Institute for Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and ARCTUR. The project aims to integrally address the issue of organisational maturity of public organisations to open public sector data (PSD) and pursues 3 objectives: a systematic and integrated analysis of the normative framework of PSD, the development of a digital interactive tool and the development of a systematic framework for the custodianship of PSD as a key factor to foster investment in organisational maturity at the level of individual organisations.
Arctur's role
Arctur's role is to prepare the tool to assess maturity of public institution to open their data.
