Sustainable, Engaging and CREative Tourism as a driver for a better future in rural and remote areas

SECreTour drives sustainable cultural tourism by empowering local communities, shaping a Fair, Creative, and Sustainable Tourism approach, and testing diverse European pilot cases to foster fair development, community engagement, and policy insights.

Arctur's role

Arctur brings to the project its technological expertise and experiences – both in terms of digital solutions (such as Flows, AR/VR/XR applications, mobile apps ...) and digital interpretation, digital storytelling and digital business modelling skills.
Arctur works with pilot sites to identify innovative ways to improve visitor experiences and generate revenue for cultural sites in rural areas, as well as continuously assesses the broader impact of the SECre Tour project, the impact of implementation of business models, and innovation, and the impact of pilot cases. With its extensive network, Arctur co-leads communication and dissemination of the project.
