New terminal at Ljubljana Airport now with state-of-the-art radiation detection system
The new terminal at Ljubljana Airport opened its doors in 2021, offering greater capacity and higher standards for passengers and employees.
Arctur worked closely with airport experts to transfer the radiation detection equipment, AISense gamma-ray portal monitors, from the old premisses as well as to upgrade it to the newest standards. The equipment was customized to fully fit the airport specifications. The radiation level is now continuously monitored on crtitical paths, the setup of local and remote warning signals allow immediate response.
Portal detectors (AISense Gamma PX base in different combinations) along with handheld devices (AISense Gamma IV ID) are produced in Slovenia by our partner company AISense.
