Data sources project lead

We are looking to strengthen our team with two roles: a Data Sources Project Manager (with a focus on coordination and collaboration with partners) and a Data Specialist (with a technical focus on integrations and data quality).

We don’t follow change – we co-create it. That’s true for our AI work as well, where we’re strengthening our team in the area of data operations and data sources. Great AI needs great data, so we build solutions end-to-end with our own teams. Our in-house data centre and robust infrastructure let us process data securely, reliably, and with the flexibility real-world projects demand.

We’re hiring two roles:

  • Data Sources Project Lead with focus on delivery coordination, partner alignment, establishing processes — details below, and
  • Data Specialist with technical focus on integrations, data processing and data quality — learn more here.

What you’ll do as a Data Sources Project Lead

  • Identify and map public and commercial text sources and maintain a structured source catalogue (origin, language, domain, format, legal status).
  • Evaluate corpus quality and usefulness: define metrics (noise, diversity, information value) and run sampling and evaluations.
  • Own the compliance view of data usage (licenses, ToS, copyright, GDPR) and keep source-level records in collaboration with legal experts.
  • Plan and oversee data acquisition and processing (API ingestion, web scraping, OCR, parsing), including metadata and corpus versioning.
  • Ensure datasets are production-ready: coordinate cleaning and structuring for training/evaluation and set traceability and documentation standards (versioning, lineage) so quality holds over time.
  • Work closely with AI/ML and HPC teams on model requirements and processing efficiency, contributing to “build vs buy” decisions and data strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating development projects (R&D/IT/product) across multiple teams — and delivering outcomes.
  • Strong affinity for data and the ability to learn quickly how data is used in AI development (deep LLM experience is not required).
  • Ownership, proactivity, and a “make it happen” mindset: you can create structure, make decisions, and unblock progress.
  • Clear communication and the ability to align technical, legal, and business aspects into workable agreements.
  • Nice to have: experience with data sourcing, licensing, text processing, AI/NLP, or HPC environments;
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
