Data specialist

We are looking for additional team members in the field of data management and data resources to join our team and help develop advanced AI solutions.

We don’t follow change – we co-create it. That’s true for our AI work as well, where we’re strengthening our team in the area of data operations and data sources. Great AI needs great data, so we build solutions end-to-end with our own teams. Our in-house data centre and robust infrastructure let us process data securely, reliably, and with the flexibility real-world projects demand.

We’re hiring two roles:

  • Data Specialist with technical focus on integrations, data processing and data quality — details below, and
  • Data Sources Project Lead, with focus on delivery coordination, partner alignment, establishing processes — learn more here.

What you’ll do as a Data Specialist

  • Own the data workstream during project delivery together with the client (access, formats, refresh cadence, source agreements).
  • Validate data quality (completeness, consistency, anomalies) and define/execute validation rules.
  • Manage integrations and data flows (APIs, ETL/ELT, file exchange) and support basic automation.
  • Align technical details between the client and internal teams (AI/ML, development, infrastructure) for data onboarding.
  • Monitor integrations (logs, monitoring, incidents) and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Produce technical documentation (schemas, data dictionaries, validation rules) and concise status reporting.
  • Bachlor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience working with data (data quality, integrations, data flows, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, common data formats (JSON/CSV/XML), and database basics (SQL).
  • Strong analytical mindset and systematic debugging skills (logs, root-cause analysis in data pipelines).
  • Confident client communication and the ability to translate needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Nice to have: Python, ETL/ELT tools, monitoring/data pipelines; a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT/CS or related fields is an advantage.
