Hamlyn Winter School 2024
The Hamlyn Winter School on Surgical Imaging and Vision took place in London from 2–6 December 2024, organised by the Hamlyn Centre at Imperial College London. Jernej Cucek from Arctur attended this year’s programme.
The event featured a combination of lectures, hands-on workshops, and technology demonstrations covering topics such as augmented reality, surgical navigation, and advanced imaging systems. The sessions offered participants practical insights and the opportunity to learn directly from leading experts in the field.
During the Winter School, Cucek also engaged with respected specialists in robotic surgery and surgical vision technologies. As a technology partner in the CLASSICA project, Arctur’s participation in events like this helps ensure the project remains closely connected to the latest developments and best practices in surgical imaging.
