Experiencing cultural heritage in a digital way
Digitisation of herders' dwellings 1600 meters above the sea levelThis time last year #ArcturTeam #3D digitized three units of cultural heritage on Velika planina- Snow Mary Chapel, Preskar Museum hut and Zabrška hut - and also recorded a 360-degree flight over this high mountain pasture mountain????. The results of our activities are visible in TIC Kamnik in the city center, where you can fly over Velika planina with the help of #VR glasses, explore the diverse history and offer of the mountain on an interactive screen and virtually transform into one of the mythological creatures.
Digitisation of herders' dwellings 1600 meters above the sea level
Velika planina is one of Slovenia’s most scenic mountain plateaus with one of the few surviving high mountain herdsmen's villages in Europe.
Kamnik Tourism, Sports and Culture Agency had a brave idea of using digital content on Velika Planina high-altitute herdsmen's village, to present its culture, heritage and uniqueness year-round in the valley below. Within the obtained project, the story of Velika Planina will be thus presented in a new and engaging way: combining new 3D and 360-degree content with existing photographic, video and textual materials integrated later into a wider interactive narrative through touch screens and VR glasses. The results of our activities are visible in TIC Kamnik in the city center, where you can fly over Velika planina with the help of #VR glasses, explore the diverse history and offer of the mountain on an interactive screen and virtually transform into one of the mythological creatures.

A unique tourist experience of Posavje Castles
Arctur team created digital content for a holographic experience of Posavje castles. An attractive presentation of Posavje castles, based on three-dimensional models of the castle interior, 360-degree images and video, was developed and is presented in the digital castle room in Terme Čatež. In addition to the digitized cultural heritage, which is on display in the mentioned digital castle room, the offer of included castles is also shown there, and the digital capture also included the interior of Brežice and Rajhenburg castles and the castle buildings of the former monastery in Kostanjevica na Krki.
In addition to these, it is possible to digitally experience the castles of Sevnica and Mokrice and the castle ruins of Svibno and Kunšperk, which are captured in the form of an attempt at three-dimensional reconstruction.
Holograms and t. i. VR glasses. Visitors will also be able to try out the new web application e-Castles of Posavje, with which they will travel through seven castles and explore their secrets. They also prepared an occasional prize game for them.
