Training Programme on Digital Innovation of Cultural Heritage Launched in Montenegro
Montenegro is taking important steps toward shaping the future of sustainable, innovation-driven tourism. Building on Slovenia’s successful Tourism 4.0 best practices, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) has, at the request of the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism of Montenegro, developed the project “Provision of Digital Technologies Fostering Tourism 4.0 and Technological Learning in Montenegro.” The initiative aims to unlock the full potential of digital transformation technologies for cultural heritage preservation, strengthen technological capabilities in the tourism sector, and support SMEs in creating high-value, sustainable tourism products. Drawing on Slovenia’s experience, the project will help introduce advanced digital tools and methodologies, boosting competitiveness and supporting inclusive and sustainable economic development in Montenegro.
As part of this project, Arctur is pleased to announce the launch of a comprehensive Training Programme on Digital Innovation of Cultural Heritage, designed to enhance skills and knowledge related to digital storytelling, 3D technologies, and modern approaches to cultural heritage digitisation.
